By creating an account or using Wedflip's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
2.Description of Services
Wedflip provides a platform for creating personalized wedding websites, managing guest lists, sending digital invitations, and coordinating wedding-related events. Our services include:
- Custom wedding website templates and design tools
- Guest list management and RSVP tracking
- Digital invitation creation and delivery
- Event scheduling and coordination features
- Photo gallery and media hosting
- Gift registry integration
3.User Accounts
To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
4.Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of all content you upload to your wedding website. However, by using our services, you grant Wedflip a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
You agree not to upload or share content that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malicious code or harmful content
- Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
- Violates the privacy rights of others
5.Payment and Subscriptions
Wedflip offers both free and premium subscription plans. For paid subscriptions:
- Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
6.Intellectual Property
Wedflip and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including all software, designs, templates, and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without prior written consent.
7.Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wedflip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9.Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may preserve your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export your content.
